Tristan Andrew Eggett was born on October 30, 1996 in Council Bluffs to parents Martin and Tiffany Eggett and welcomed by big sisters Samantha and Sarah.
Tristan brought so much love and joy to everyone around him and the energy changed when he walked into a room. He will be remembered for his smile, his silliness, his amazing hugs and for the unconditional love he showed to anyone and everyone who was lucky enough to cross his path.
Tristan is preceded in death by his Grandfather Denny Petry who he longed to know, his Great Grandmother Merle Rounds who he cherished and many other Great Grandparents and countless friends who left this earth to young.
Tristan’s greatest accomplishment he gave us all was his daughter Avah Mae who he loved very much. He is also survived by his parents Tiffany Eggett and Martin and Jenny Eggett. His sisters Samantha Weaver and Sean Kruse, Sarah Weaver and Ryan Peterson and step brothers Wyatt and Hunter Jones. The other loves of his life, nieces Claire, ViviAnn and Quinn. Grandparents Cecelia Eggett, Christi and Rod Putnam. Great Grandmother Phyllis Fitch. Aunts and Uncles Rich Petry (Jaide and Jacob), Nicole Rorebeck (Tyler, Todd and Conner), Courtney and Cory Hutto (Peyton and Beyleigh), Danielle and Mike Alcaraz (Alexis-his first true partner in crime, Samara, Nalenda, and Javen). Tristan also leaves behind his Squad. The many friends that he carefully let into his young life. Logan, Dylan, Jake, Nick, Zack, Jared, Gage, Colton, Riley, and Mike to name a few.
The battle against the demons that had a hold of him is finally over and the beauty of his amazing soul is now left for us all to hold on to along with countless memories. Addiction and Depression will no longer define who he was. He will forever be remembered for his love, loyalty, and his passions.
Per Tristan’s request his body has been cremated. We will have a Remembrance of Life Celebration on Saturday January 5th at 4:00pm. Dinner of Tristan’s favorite foods will be served afterwards. He will be laid to rest in the spring with the ashes of his pups-Libby and Blaze.
All memorials should go to the Avah Mae Eggett Fund c/o American National Bank.
