Virginia Louise Ziomek

Virginia Louise Ziomek, age 71, of Offutt AFB, Nebraska went on to be with our Lord on Easter Sunday, April 20th, 2014. She was born the daughter of Joseph and Edna (Smith) Ziomek on August 20th, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan. She is survived by her sister Mary Ann Wellborn-Jones of Tennessee, her brother Travis Glen Wellborn of Paris Texas, her two daughters: Shani Louise (Brauher) Corrigan of Offutt AFB, Nebraska and Misty Bright (Brauher) Russell of Floresville, Texas. She is also survived by her five grand-children: Benjamin Michael (Lindsey) Corrigan of Offutt AFB, Preston Taylor (Beverly) Corrigan of Malmstrom Air Force Base, Forrest Tyler Corrigan of Offutt Air Force Base, Marrissa Elise Gray-Nolan of Floresville, Texas and Travis Austin Campbell of Floresville, Texas. She is further survived by her two great-grand-children: Brayden Michael Corrigan and Iain Marklin Corrigan and by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Ziomek, her mother Edna (Smith) Wellborn, and her sister, Shirley Smith. Memorial services will be held at Chandler Acres Baptist Church, 7505 Chandler Acres Drive, Bellevue, Nebraska on Saturday, the 26th of April at 11:00 am with Pastor Dan Wills officiating the ceremonies. Visitation will begin at 10:30 am.
