William "Bill" Johnson

William Bill Johnson, age 83, of Council Bluffs passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2016. He was born on July 16, 1932 in Northfield, Minnesota to the late Arthur and Hazel (Engen) Johnson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Sally; brother, Dick; sister, Gloria; and nephew, Dwain Behrens. Bill is survived by daughters, Maren Palmer & her husband, George; Ann Goldapp; sons, Phillip Johnson & his wife, Kathy; Richard Johnson & his wife, Sherie; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Nancy Topp & her husband, Dave; a host of other family and friends. Visitation Thurs., 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service Fri., 10:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Inurnment in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family for various childrens programs.
