William P. Waters

William P. Waters, age 87, of Council Bluffs passed away October 10, 2018 at Midlands Living Center.

He was born in Council Bluffs on October 12, 1930. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy and retired from Allied Chemical. He was a founding member of Southview Bible Church.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Alice and C. Howard Williams; father, Earl Waters; step-mother, Lillian Williams; wife, Shirley Waters; brothers, Jim and Ray Waters; sister, Norma McFate.

Bill is survived by his children, Debbi Henry, Alan Waters (Kathy), Judy Culley and Karen Zimmerman (Kent); sister-in-law, Cleo Waters; 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Visitation is 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. on Sunday October 14, 2018 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Southview Bible Church.
